Pros

1. for great performers the growth is by leaps and bounds w.r.t roles & responsibilities 2. big joining salaries offered as people are scared to join 3. one who gets to work closely with CEO gets to pick few good business ideas 4. the general employee sentiment is that "if one survives here, he can survive anywhere" 5. this is a place which will hold by your testicles** and get work done and if you perform well*, they will crown you (* subject matter of solicitation, ** not literally-just in case you didn't get the joke )

Cons

1. one guy (read CEO) decides everything and rest of the heads just wobble in agreement 2. unnecessary pressure and false sense of urgency 3. lack of clarity as why certain things are done (again coz 1 guy wants it done, and rest of the team just wobbles without understanding why or why it cannot be done) 4. micro management by CEO 5. no work life balance 6. high attrition rate so existing employees end up multi tasking and getting burned out 7. no fun like a media house 8. employees are seen as just people who can do numbers and nothing beyond it 9. constant sales reviews, almost every other day 10. "management by fear" is the mantra followed by the top guy, which again trickles down to other heads 11. yearly appraisals and bonuses (if applicable) gets paid by sept 12. vendor payments are delayed 13. unnecessary heads who have no clue about whats happening with the local team but religiously interfere in the daily work 14. senior people left the company and sub junior people took their roles (which again leads to pt.3 & pt.13) 15. HR is of no use and appraisals are mostly a formality (the guy close to management gets the goodies, thats a Pro, depending on which side you are)

Pros

Salary on time Monday to Friday

Cons

The cluster head is really unprofessional and has no boundary while he speaks to his colleagues. Very abusive, uses slangs that includes your parents and families. Objectifies female employees. Never reaches office on time. Calls the subordinates at 12am at night. Asks female employees to hang around with clients for business. Even after complaining no action was taken

Pros

One can learn how to fool clients , conduct fraud and get away in corporate world. You will also be exposed to lot of inside trading scams. Great place for freshers to learn what one should avoid in the corporate world.

Cons

One may lose client relations forever. You can also be held liable for the mistakes you BOSS does. You might get only one week holiday for your marriage. Probability is very high of you losing your job once you are engaged. Because management might have a fear of "marriage leave" that you may ask for. Your boss may ask you for some friendly loan, CFO has to personally run around for procuring loans to pay the salary of RBNL's employees. CEO CFO CTO swear a lot to the staff. I had worked for 2 years and was not allowed to take any leaves, had to also work on weekends for entire 2 years. Holidays are not en cashed & only 10 days are forwarded to the next year, which again your boss never approves for you, as he is always supported by MANAGEMENT and HR to avoid giving holidays to their staff.CEO takes cash from his car driver and forgets to repay him, who is already working on low wages. I was forced to pay money for BigFm marketing campaign and if disagreed threaten of my job termination on the spot. Co. is not safe for females too as some Boss try to take advantage of them for special in office parties. orders have to be followed over a phone call; and there is no official mail for the same, due to which communication GAP as well as deception increases. This fuels the cold war between departments. Many times the office landlines are disconnected due to nonpayment of telephone Bills. you have to be available on emails and phone on every weekend and holidays i.e if you get one. you would have worked for 12 hrs daily. Only a medical emergency can entitle you to avail your pending leaves, provided you are prepared to be fired after you rejoin the office.
