The colleagues and managers are very kind, helpful to a new employer and each other.
Cons
Changing policies leading to increasing cut throat competition between employees in order to increase company sales rather than promoting a healthy competition with perks to motivate employees, but policy makers are the top management people . So there is nothing more managers can do.
