      It is a Danish MNC! That's all good in there!

      Cons

      Poor salary, no increment or bonus! Promotion is only a dream that will never come true. Too much work load, less approvals or delayed approval for vacation or holidays, most of the time your final settlements are held back and you never receive them. Head Office never interferes and do not know what is happening locally. Each country head comes and makes money for himself and leaves. Lousy Higher Management. High attrition rate very recently due to politics in the higher management.
