* Nepotism. Managers give jobs to their relatives. Untalented and uneducated staff gets promotion. * Unprofessional work management, inefficient meetings, time wastes, bad organization structure. * Terrible finance management. We always get paid late. Some payments and benefits never even been made. Even though they did a huge lay-off, they couldn't provide a stable payment organization.
