Pros
Good Company and good work ethic. CEO is a good and fair person. The people they hire usually stay there a very long time. Profit sharing after a certain amount of time employed. Staff are family. Health insurance is OK.
Cons
If you are young and just are getting your foot in the door, you will likely eventually leave after gaining experience. Although they will give you raises, they will never go above and beyond.
