      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. The managers give you attitude when you seek assistance. We are assigned way too much work. I work overtime every day. No room for growth. Turnover rate is awful.

      - Employee benefits are good - Free lunches in the Chicago office on Wednesdays - Big budget parties and happy hours - Two fully stocked bars - Decent wages - Work from home is available - A nice place to work if you want to keep your head down and just do the work

      Cons

      - Leadership presents themselves like a frat house - While teams and initiatives have been established to bring diversity and inclusion to the company culture, the top brass are resistant to ideas outside their small inner circle and are easily provoked when it’s brought to their attention. (An image of wolves in sheep’s clothing comes to mind.)

      Decent work culture and most people are nice.

      Cons

      There is no training and the company is small so there will be a ton of work. There are a lot of related family members in top positions so there is a lot of bias.
