      Pros

      Freedom to get creative in what you're doing because not a lot of processes in place, great people, start up culture.

      Cons

      Messy with their SOPs, culture is important to the CEO but not really shown to employees. Look elsewhere if given the chance.

      - Growing area - International employees

      Cons

      - A strong dictatorship by the clueless CEO. - They lay-off EOR hires like part timers. - Low moral through out the company, people who work seriously makes them feel like a fool. - Financially unstable but no business strategy set

      Pros

      Good processes and organization. Decent software. Good engineering practices. Enjoyable development process.

      Cons

      Complete lack of mission and vision. They don't know what to do with the product and what's the market for it. Lame company wide events with mandatory cheesy games. Constant "whoop whoop" from HR to entertain the CEO.
