      No work flexibility, people management is bad, not a place for non experience joiner as the people do not communicate very well. Penalty on money to every little trivial thing such as lateness which is ridiculous

      You get to learn the ropes of the IT solutions field

      Cons

      Terrible management and business decisions when it comes to finances and operations. One of the management, J, does not portray leadership capabilities and one will feel incapable under his leadership. Very stingy on company funds for business usages that are necessary to ensure efficiency of business and sales growth.
