Pros

If the price of oil is over $80 per barrel, nuclear power plants will buy Remote Ocean Systems (ROS) inspection products because there is political will for them to expand their output. *Also, underwater oil-searching companies will invest in ROS products to capitalize on the higher energy prices. If this is the case, the pay is pretty decent and the workplace is cordial.

Cons

When energy prices are low, there is minimal need for ROS's clients to purchase their products. In this environment, all employees (with the exception of a small core of longtime, barnacle workers) can expect indiscriminate layoffs and very high workplace tension. Uncomfortable political factions also exist at ROS.
