Pros

*remote work setup *colleagues from different backgrounds, good people to work with

Cons

I worked there long enough to see how things are past the surface: *the company has a strong external image, but inside it's a different story. What gets communicated publicly, culture, values, all of that, doesn't always match what people actually live through day to day. *expectations change often and without much explanation. What counts as good performance isn't always clear and the pressure on output and numbers is real, but the support and structure to back it up often isn't. *processes are either nonexistent at first or so layered over time that they get in the way more than they help. *roles fall through more than you'd expect and that rarely gets considered when performance is being assessed. You end up being measured on things that were never fully in your hands. *day to day work comes with a lot of oversight, more like micromanagement and more than necessary. *decisions get made without much transparency and communication is very blurry, that you're often left guessing. It's hard to feel trusted or set up to do your best work in that kind of environment. If you need autonomy, clear expectations and honest communication to thrive, this may not be the right fit.
