Pros
Renegade has minimal red tape. They have a solid established client base and want to grow.
Cons
There is no commission structure for contract business but a very heavy push. The person they have as manager of recruitment and promoted to manage business development has never managed recruiters or brought in a single client of his own. I felt extremely uncomfortable around him and he is not qualified for the job he was hired for or the job he was promoted to.
