Pros
Pretty laid back when work is slow, when it gets busy it’s good too. Makes you feel proud of your accomplished work.
Cons
Upper management is not the best, HR is a nightmare and will not help you with anything that you ask. However, they did get two new bosses in to oversee everything and so far those two new bosses seem great and really want to advance the company which means better working environment for everyone. I’m excited to see where they will take the company.
