Pros

Most of the staff was welcoming and pleasant to work with. Intentional effort to match clients with compatible caregivers.

Cons

Long hours. Office staff was constantly bullied and disrespected by senior management if you are not part of the clique. They go through great lenghts to remove negative reviews about their organization, therefore; they are not presenting an accurate picture to potential candidates.

I was drawn to Renewal largely because of their dedication to serving LGBT older adults. It's been an honor to support older LGBT older adults and give back to a generation that paved the way for many of the civil rights we have now. Very collaborative-oriented team.

Cons

Lots of meetings! I know it's done with the intention of fostering collaboration, but I would encourage management to consider ways to reduce the number of them.
