      Abusive environment

      This place does provide a chance to learn about the stock market.

      Cons

      Abusive management. CFO who openly admits to being arrogant and contradicts President at all times creating hostile work environment. Have been warned not to file grievances against company as President "will find a way to ruin you" Forbidden to associate with ex-employees. Extreme lack of professionalism. President brags about past illegal activities. Discriminates against overweight or "unattractive" candidates. Insurance coverage costs over $200 a month, and keeps going up with no explanation. Turn over rate of 89% gives a fair idea of how quickly people quit after 6 months. Possibly the worst place I could imagine working.

      Literally, ONLY the salary and that is IF you can stomach the horrendous management, terrible bullying and mob mentality by the uneducated management team.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING. The management is not even worth the ink on the paper that has their "titles"....Human resources? Management? HAHAHA. YEAH RIGHT. Most of the "management" are all friends from back in the day, basically running a sham of an operation and filling their pockets with money from the companies they allegedly represent. More than half of the companies they represent are not even being talked about by the staff and being kept relevant -little do those clients know, as we are instructed to tell everyone that we are always talking about them! There is no real trust, security, or confidence. If you are a robot that doesn't talk and has no opinions, then this job is for you! It is all a big mob mentality to keep their jobs by pleasing the "President" and he is honestly not mentally fit to be running a company. Within a day of being there, he was dropping F bombs constantly, making crass, offensive, racist, sexist and just plain ignorant remarks and jokes.
