Pros
Steady work flow and great experience. Some management is very supportive and helpful but this is not consistent for every unit. Best place to gain a foundation in nevada northern Nevada.
Cons
Low pay and high work requirements. Little to no options to progress pay outside of a bonus system that gets increasingly harder. They will purposefully understaff and rely on new Grads and travelers to meet census. Uncontrolled turnover with decrease in experienced staff. Everyone is burnt out on the floor with very few exceptions. Also be prepared to start nights unless you bring experience. Little to no work life balance unless you advocate for yourself pretty heavily.
