The whole thing is a joke. You have an extremely insecure person running the show who talks bad about every employee there behind their backs. EVERY SINGLE ONE. The whole product/service is all smoke and mirrors. They think they’re so brilliant because they used HubSpot to “create” a platform for a niche segment of the SaaS market. Realistically, the platform doesn’t even do what they claim and it’s all just BS and chaos and nothing is actually “automated.”

Leadership. Contractors beware, invoices are often paid late, sometimes by months. This company is NOT: family friendly, ethical, client-focused, balanced, respectful. This company IS: constantly changing direction, quick to fire without warning or coaching, greedy and dishonest. An employee bonus program has been talked about for over a year and still doesn't exist. Ownership are amazing at saying anything to get the sale or hire and then not delivering. Expect to be publicly berated for all mistakes, despite never being given adequate direction from leadership. Marketing is a complete mess and turnover is outrageous, don't waste your time.
