Rent Ready has an employee rating of 3.4 out of 5 stars, based on 32 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there.
This company is failing and needs to be bought out and get new leadership. They constantly change things and lay off people. There are favorites and those are the ones who dont get laid off even when they are nit performing well. Honestly a sinking ship and all the changes are not helping the overall success of this company.
It being a startup, the environment is more casual and less restrictive, and the compensation is pretty decent. I really liked everyone I worked with.
Cons
It's a startup that follows the "move fast, break things" mentality. Workflow changes and restructurings can happen on very short notice with little to no long-term planning or strategy.
