      They’ll Take Advantage of You, To The Last Drop

      Pros

      The only thing you’ll learn from them is to never allow yourself to be taken advantage of by an employer again.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, this company targets young college students/recent college graduates because they know they can offer them the bare minimum when it comes to pay. They take advantage of your skill sets without any recognition or compensation. The Marketing team was left without a Manager twice in the 2 years I worked there and it was absolute chaos with no direction and we would have to figure things out on our own constantly. No matter how hard the Marketing Team worked, the CEO of the company never took us and our projects seriously and it was very visible through the lack of time or respect he gave us.

      Pros

      I've enjoyed my short experience at Renu Energy Solutions so far. I appreciate the chance to work in a dynamic company that is growing in an expanding industry. Given the fact that the job is remote, I am still getting accustomed to the Renu culture but I appreciate this opportunity and am happy to be here!

      Cons

      As mentioned earlier, getting hired on remotely can be tough in understanding expectations, the culture of the company as well as how best to exceed expectations and be able to move up in the company. That said, these issues are completely understandable given the adjustments in the workforce the world has had to make this past year with Covid-19. Otherwise, I have no specific feedback.
