Underpaid, overworked, sacrificed a lot of weekends, layoffs for years in a row due to budget mismanagement, and closing entire city offices.

The leadership is unqualified and makes terrible decisions. They cannot manage their finances and do not value their employees. The mission is redundant with many other organizations and much better executed elsewhere. People are overworked, underpaid, and not listened to. From lower management all the way up to the CEO, I did not see thoughtful leadership anywhere.
