      Potent product but a terrible CEO driving the company to DOOMSAY !

      Pros

      -AI Tech. space solving a genuine problem -Good Clients -Few knowledgeable folks in their respective areas driving the company -Remote work( at least as of now)

      Cons

      -Horrible, shrewd, illogical, irrational and zero idea on running an organisation -As mentioned in one of the posts, if one questions the CEO, you are fired(That's ofcourse the best and only thing a weak person could do) -Absolutely no vision for a process oriented growth. Most of the things happen ad-hoc where the company doesn't even realise if that at all is the need of the hour -Only focus is on immediate results. Nothing in the company is measured and all activities(atleast what's observed in marketing function) is sporadic -CEO is one heck of a biased person -Zero culture in the company. What's worse and criminal is that, they don't even provide employee health insurance

      Company-Wise - Making a difference with what Rephrase.ai does - Vision to change for the better Leadership - Human. - Empathetic while not losing sight of goals. - Will hear you out, always try solving for problems/concerns People & Culture - Caring, wholesome - You can be friends with each other - Looking out for each other - self-accountability doesn't create unnecessary delays/dependencies. - trustworthy

      Cons

      HR-related - Lesser leaves than normal corporates, as mentioned above, self-accountability leads one to be available, always. - It's difficult to switch off, not impossible, but it feels that one is expected to be available/act immediately even if it's post work hours. - You need to define and bring up concerns, unless stated or even proven, problems may go unnoticed.

      Great company culture in a work space

      Pros

      The people and the culture set up by the organisation is really helpful, welcoming and supportive of learning. Everyone, upto even the co-founders, are very open to listening to what you want to do and achieve on your own and try helping you focus on that in the work that you are doing. The team members treat each other like family and always step up to help the next person when they are in need.
