A well collaborated Team among various functions. They have a unique culture of training technologist to have a broader view. A number of high tech gears for R&D plus a very inspiring leader & management team

HR administrative function is weak. The company practises training and developing staff, like the current HR. However this leads to inefficiencies at times

Salary super low, micro manage, manager dont listen to you, COO & PM will always ask you to OT everyday to clear your task as they cant do time management well. No extra money when you do OT
