      No pro. Don't join company

      All 5 star review of software department fake and wrote by HR 80% staff resign and no one want to return even with more salary Salary not as per market Software department head shout at everyone Technology is old. We using .Net 2.0! Every day interviews but no one wants to join when know truth about company Very bad deadlines, need to work lot of nights and week end Poor HR policy

      * Friendly work environment. * Work life balance * Less work pressure * Meel * LIC contribution * Fest party/celebration.

      Cons

      * If you get selected no offer until you join, just a formal email to you which treat as a OFFER * All interview call, email, latter head would be the name of AMADEUS, but joining in RESBIRD. * No future growth * Less learning * Salary not as per Market * Retention bonus is deducted and payable after one year only. This shows this company is a real swamp. * A LALA type company.

      Don't think of even joining Resbird /Birdres which they call Amadeus. Making fool nothing else.

      Pros

      Only brand name that is of no use. They market with the name of Amadeus which is not a fact. They hire the candidates on Resbird/ Birdres Technologies which is basically an Indian Pvt Ltd Organisation.

      Cons

      No annual Appraisal- Appraisal would be like Rs.200 to Rs. 2000 which is fixed. Whether you work hard you will get the fixed appraisal that doesn't make any sense. No Confirmation on time for probationary candidate They don't pay any variable though they commit at the time of Interview No appreciation for good work but if you don't follow their meaning less procedures you will be hanged. No free hand to employees to work independently Only 2 or 3 people are heading the management in their own way. If you are a puppet then think of joining it or else you will be playing with your career.
