Pros
The projects and exposure that you get are amazing for undergrad students and will really set you apart from all the other students graduating with a more classic internship. Some of the best parts about the internship are how you and your team get to work directly with the client and lead the project you are on as well as being able to give the final presentation and deliverable. It is great that you are in the project from the first minute all the way to the last.
Cons
The communication can be rather frustrating especially if you are not able to attend the training due to class times. Though once you get into a team and get through the first week or two it's really not that bad and you get into the flow of things.
