      Pros

      Make your own hours for the most part depending on client needs, no pressure to sell its up to you to deliver more business and make money, small company so have direct contact with owner broker other agents. Management open to new ideas, high ethics they try to keep everyone involved.

      Cons

      Its a small company you have to be creative to get business, no benefits as an independent contractor status, marketing budge is small.
