      A Mental Health Agency That Failed to Support Mental Health

      Cons

      Lack of support and retaliation after requesting mental health accommodations Leadership demonstrated little understanding of disability rights or trauma-informed care Poor communication and defensiveness when concerns were raised High turnover and staff burnout Filed a civil rights charge with the Minnesota Department of Human Rights related to discriminatory treatment

      Salary vs. Workload

      Pros

      The position was 70% remote and I only had to see my clients once every 30-90 days. There wasn't any micromanaging. The team was very supportive and your peers willingly support you with any questions or resources you might need.

      Cons

      The pay is not equal to the workload. I had 24-30 clients that I managed and the amount of paperwork and resources you have to source for them was overwhelming.

      Cons

      Constantly changing everything. No consistency. Staff is a buddy system. If you don't fit it, you will get fired. Higher ups are uneducated and unqualified.
