Pros

The position was 70% remote and I only had to see my clients once every 30-90 days. There wasn't any micromanaging. The team was very supportive and your peers willingly support you with any questions or resources you might need.

Cons

The pay is not equal to the workload. I had 24-30 clients that I managed and the amount of paperwork and resources you have to source for them was overwhelming.

Thank you for taking the time for a review. We appreciate what you did in your role. Unfortunately, the caseloads and paperwork are required by the state of Minnesota at that level.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Constantly changing everything. No consistency. Staff is a buddy system. If you don't fit it, you will get fired. Higher ups are uneducated and unqualified.
