Awful company and management

Pros

Nothing now unless you could free tea and coffee. Used to be good but it went downhill rapidly.

Cons

This place has gone downhill. It used to be good. They took away the bonuses, pay rises and training due to "hard times" but then promoted all the new management team. Support departments like project resourcing and planning don't exist so client's are now suffering. Our HR team are either off sick or don't reply to emails so we are now struggling with clearances so are now putting non-cleared staff on cleared work!! Our MD used to be nice and speak to use, now she ignores us :( Our new head of cyber apparently invented the modern SOC but there is NOTHING about him online or anywhere. He wants to "revolutionise the SOC with AI" and make analysts redundant but everyone knows this is a bad idea and will make clients run. So many people are leaving now too. There have been redunancies in the sales team. 10 of the SOC team are in their notice period. Over half the cyber team are leaving. The red team haven't had work for the last 6 months. Forensics have got about a quarter of the team leaving. Its chaos. There is no communication between teams. The company are trying to hire grads now too which is just a joke as there will be no one to train them. Used to be good but the new management have ruined this place.

All feedback is welcomed both positive and constructive. Ideally, we always hope for this feedback to be given be during employment, so we can work with individuals to find solutions together to problems highlighted. The company is continuing to make changes, which has included some restructuring within some areas. We hold regular town halls both locally and globally, to ensure questions can be answered and concerns addressed both in a open forum or one to one with individuals when requested.

not a great place to be

Pros

Struggling to think of any

Cons

Complete change of focus, from an organisation that used to looks after its employees and saw them as assets to one that absolutely abuses them with no concept of work-life balance, I've not been at a company before and seen moral so low, this is being picked up by clients which are also leaving. The excuse of a new company is not relevent, Resillion is made up of a collection of companies (Edge software/Eurofins_systems and Commissum) which have come together under a single banner, some with over 20 years in industry.

Pros

Not anymore. just a sad place to be. Customers are asking to recommend other providers / ask where certain members of staff have gone

Cons

Managers are winging it with industries & technologies they don't understand (caused by a chaotic restructure, redundancies, multiple notices) Everyone who kept things moving has been pushed out. Some remaining senior managers cant use basic internal systems including Office... they have to constantly be shown how to use a basic search functions. The whole business is run from a series of out of date spreadsheets and there are constant calls of managers arguing over the numbers. No pay rises, just targets for everyone so that 'we can earn bonus' just because they sacked the sales teams. Even technical delivery people are being made into account managers because clients are going unanswered. Were loosing work because we don't have any staff There is a panicked attitude of 'Say yes, figure it out later'. just trying to win big contracts but nobody is left in the business to do any of the work to make things happen just an overworked upper management who are mostly underqualified for their roles and just trying to make the new CEO happy
