Pros

The Pay and benefits. Good Location. That's it.

Cons

Kim Muir Micromanages every moment of your day. She will inquire why and who you are sending an email too. Scream at her employees and call you out in-front of everyone. She is extremely unprofessional and very rude. During the interview she seemed nice but working for her is hell. The team is nice and her two kids work there as well. One time, she told a co-worker of mine- I don't care if you're dying you have to come into work. She literally looks over your shoulder. Any idea you may have is not considered. It's her way or the highway. She will question your ability and doubt you all the time. I am a very strong woman, but this environment made me fall into a severe depression and had to leave from here. She treat's you very badly.

Pros

Location is decent. Few Great Co-workers. Pay good.

Cons

Let's Start with the fact, its all MICROMANAGING! The Owner of the company watches you like a hawk. She will put you down, scream at you and insult you. It's her way or the highway. At first, during the interview process I thought she was nice but after working for her it was a complete nightmare. She doubts your work and has some serious mental issues. She has a multiple personality disorder and will never take anything into consideration. Her 2 kids work there; Shane and Vanessa. Since the TURN OVER RATE IS HIGH!!!! She doesn't allow you to take lunch after 2pm. She watches the time when you are leaving and coming for lunch. You work for 9 hours and only 30 minutes of lunch and break. I DO NOT recommend you working here. Even if you are desperate, your self-confidence will wash away!!!! The Labor Board needs to pay a visit to Kim Muir.

Pros

The pay was okay. Perm staff were nice

Cons

Very harsh and hostile place to work at. didn't like the way some of the recurring consultant in the temporary division would speak to associates on the phone. Management spoke to you in a demeaning way and picked on everything you did wrong though I was training. Only lasted a week there because the environment is just toxic. Made a mistake of deleting read emails and got shouted at by colleagues in a form of correction then one of them went ahead to tell CEO about it as well, who didn't help the situation through her demeaning talk. Feels like your co-workers would just throw you under the bus to gain favours. Unhealthy competition that would led to your co-workers treating you anyhow to get work done to be recognized. Went home every day wanting to quit till I read other peoples reviews on here about the company. Honestly had I seen those reviews before accepting the offer, I would never have accepted the job offer. Dont waste your time to apply there, it would turn you into a bitter toxic person in a matter of time or just end up crying all the time
