Pros
Commission based but the support system Resonate provides is encouraging. No matter what recruitment firm you go to, it will most likely be on a commission based. If you put in the work, you get rewarded. Flexible hours create ideal work life balance.
Cons
Sometimes the job can be frustrating, as all commission based jobs are. However, if you maintain a steady client base, you learn how to manage.

Pros
The knowledge and experience I have gained has been extremely worthwhile and a great asset to my resume. The only reason I resigned is because my spouse got re-located to another city in Canada.
Cons
Any sales job can sometimes be challenging but be patient. There is a great support system backing you.
