Pros

Respondology is an awesome place to work. The team is small and driven and everyone cares about what they’re building here. The mission #techforgood is real... helping brands protect their online presence by removing harmful or toxic content from their social channels. You’re not just a number... Your ideas matter and you get to make an impact fast. No layers of approvals or red tape. The people are smart, supportive, and easy to work with. Leadership is transparent and down to earth. If you want to be part of something that’s growing, where your work matters and you’re not buried in politics, this is it!

Toxic as can be

Pros

The product is okay, It does well moderating customer accounts.

Cons

Teams are toxic. Tech stack is old and full of bugs, also exposing customer data. Customer security is the last of their worries. They make people share rooms during team get togethers. Pretty cheap company.

Can do on own time

Cons

Takes to much time to accumulate a proper amount to even consider it good pay. No matter what you do, its never good enough you always get “to many mistakes emails” and rules are always changing. Also the imprint of their work page burns into your phone always remaining in the background when not working it and even after you uninstall.
