Pros
Lots of optional overtime and forced overtime. Friendly work force if they stay for long enough to get to know them.
Cons
South west mangers bully staff, are breaking health and safety rules, don’t provide equipment to carry out job safety and then bully and threaten your job if you refuse and if someone does something wrong the investigation protects the managers. When this was brought to the director ( new MD) he sweeper it under the carpet to protect the managers.
