Pros

Great place to grow as an engineer and as a person. My manager has been incredibly supportive, not just technically, but in a way that actually makes you want to do better. The people I've met here are sharp and genuinely interesting to work with. I've learned a lot, and not just from the work itself.

Cons

Things can slow down after big project milestones, which can be frustrating if you're someone who likes to keep momentum.

The old system was complex and required significant time to maintain. However, we have numerous new projects with innovative ideas and are embarking on a new journey despite many challenges.
