Pros

Great place to grow as an engineer and as a person. My manager has been incredibly supportive, not just technically, but in a way that actually makes you want to do better. The people I've met here are sharp and genuinely interesting to work with. I've learned a lot, and not just from the work itself.

Cons

Things can slow down after big project milestones, which can be frustrating if you're someone who likes to keep momentum.

Pros

- Impactful Work & Purpose: As a former Operations Manager in Responsible Cyber, my work directly contributed to protecting clients from real and evolving threats. This sense of purpose can be highly motivating and rewarding. - Continuous Learning & Skill Development: The cybersecurity landscape is constantly changing. This means you're always learning about new threats, technologies, and best practices. Responsible Cyber, as an innovative company with AI-enhanced products (IMMUNE X-TPRM and IMMUNE GRC), likely provides ample opportunities to work with cutting-edge tools and methodologies. - Problem-Solving & Innovation: The nature of cyber threats demands creative problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly. As an Operations Manager, you'd be at the forefront of developing and implementing solutions. - Working with a Global Team: Responsible Cyber, being based in Singapore with an international team, likely offers exposure to diverse perspectives and global security challenges.

Cons

- High Stress & Pressure: The nature of cybersecurity operations inherently involves high stakes. Managing incidents, ensuring uptime, and preventing breaches can be incredibly stressful, requiring constant vigilance and quick decision-making. - Resource Constraints: Even in high-growth companies, operations teams can face challenges with limited budgets, staffing, or tools, requiring creative solutions to maintain effective security.
