i see no pros, they just work you out for a medium amount only with no vision and coordination
Cons
- employees have no internal procedure to work with, projects are thrown from an employee to another, managers if they are smart and try to help disappear, no long term employees, only friends with top managers, unacceptable treatments from top management or small managers
