Pros

Management takes care of you and seems to genuinely care about how you are doing. They create an atmosphere of trust and let you do your job while being there to support you and answer whatever questions you may have. They are proactive and try to boost camaraderie. They are willing to train you from the group up, as long as you are a willing learner and already have good customer service skills. I loved my time here.

Cons

Training is good, but could be a little more in-depth with the food and wine. If you work part-time, it can be tough to catch up with the ever-changing menu changes. If it changed long before you come in, you will have to really play catch-up with Chef and make sure your quick knowledge translates to your table without reviewing any notes. Because of the type of customers who frequent fine dining experiences, there is little room for pauses or uncertainties. Most customers will expect you to know everything on the menu well without hesitation. Granted, this is not always the case, but you want to be prepared for this.
