      Pros

      Honestly, I can’t recall any particularly positive experiences. You have to be very careful about what you say and do at all times-even something as simple as going for an after-work drink feels guarded, and not many people take part.

      Cons

      A lot of micromanagement and constant firefighting Sometimes chasing tasks that don’t seem to lead anywhere Recognition often goes to favourites rather than being fairly shared Feels like you have to watch your back to make sure you’re not sidelined
