Literally, cannot say there was one good thing about this company. My coworkers were amazing and the reason I stayed longer than any sane person should.
Cons
Working for Restore and its toxic leadership is like running full speed into a brick wall, every day. During my nearly 3 years with the company I never once received a raise or bonus. Staff was constantly guilt tripped over calling out when sick. I watched the owner walk into the vault and take product for his family and instructed managers to “make it go away”. The pandemic staff was promised humane accommodations / hazard pay, which never came to fruition. Also worked numerous times without clean water / access to a toilet and was forced to stand in sewage water when the employee bathroom was damaged and leaking into the dispensary. They lied about sanitization practices throughout the pandemic and would snap and curse at employees for trying to keep up with it. We were expected to pay for any register issues despite it not being a part of the initial employee contract. When this immoral practice was voiced, I was told I make more than the minimum wage and I can afford it. All in all this company is trash and so is every person who remains on their payroll knowing how many people they have harmed.
