No structure. Poor leadership. Unrealistic expectations. The CEO is woefully inexperienced and inept. Not only does he lack managerial experience, but he is also highly emotional, resistant to feedback, and out of touch with the organization’s real needs. When met with criticism, he becomes defensive and is quick to retaliate. The “board” is a complete farce. The members are mostly the CEO’s friends (including his wife!) and act as his personal cheerleaders. There is no oversight whatsoever. I wouldn’t trust him to be the manger of the local McDonald’s. If you’re thinking about working here, don’t. Oh and what ever they tell you in your interview is a lie.
