Occasional unprofessional staff arguments, gossip

If I could use one phrase to describe this place, it would be CRIMINAL lack of empathy, insight and professionalism. These people should not be allowed to "care" for the mentally ill. The best among them are blissfully ignorant, and the worst are downright cruel. They are completely fine with starving patients overnight, chasing them down, shining flashlights in their eyes at night, and pinning them down to administer (often) unnecessary shots. They do not heal or listen to anyone. They gaslight patients, and try to keep them longer than they need to, most likely to protect their reputation and funding.The only insightful or decent human beings in the building are patients. As if that weren't enough, I overheard two other employees bragging about how much they made for their (mediocre at best) job.
