Pros
Great people dedicated to helping their clients and growing their consultant skills. Through being on many projects, especially short term projects, you can learn a lot about data needs within the nonprofit sector.
Cons
The leadership team seems to struggle to hold each other accountable or to practice the values they preach (transparency, equity, teamwork, etc). For such a small company, the noticeable gap in trust and communication between leadership and everyone else was unusual, which impacted morale on a regular basis. Like other reviews have mentioned, the workload is consistently very high as well.
