      New president is creating toxic environment

      Pros

      Students are great Many great staff and faculty

      Cons

      Non nursing administration trying to run a nursing school is not appropriate or effective. High turn over. Good people are secretly and abruptly let go. Very sad. Students are just a number. Turning into a business with increasing numbers of students with little regard for quality of education and lack of clinical partners.
