Pros
- Was close to home - Nice people who I made friends with outside of work who left the company soon after me.
Cons
- They interviewed me and gave me the job in an interview.. day 1 I was placed on another team with different job role. - Gave me no options to move to my originally promised team/job. - You were expected to know processes, there was little to no training. - Treated all staff poorly and underpaid them for the amount of stress they were given. - Manipulative - Staff turnover reflects this - If you were close with the family/ management you got treated with respect/better pay. - Any suggestions for change were ignored.
