      New office building with a good view.

      Cons

      Manager lacks direction, drive, and determination to make this new office successful. He blames others for his shortcomings and let 2 of us go after making 1 of us move to Pittsburg just 2 months before. The company is owned by Innomark Communications and not doing well financially.

      +People +Atmosphere +Culture In my experience with Retail without Boundaries, I have had the best managers I have ever had in my professional career. Not only are you just reporting to them, but they truly care about you as an employee and person. The atmosphere stays busy yet everyone is willing to help each other when its needed. Since we are a rising company the culture here allows employees to bring their own ideas which managers do take seriously and several of mine we have put in place for the last four years!

      As we grow, we need to add employees more quickly.
