Pros
Lots of retail options for finding clients during AEP/OEP.
Cons
Sub par training. Have to pay for your own CRM's, no Sunfire or Connecture, or access to Marx. The Agency also gives more/better opportunity to agents who are under the "right" upline, Not very transparent about growth opportunities. You have to ask for certain opportunities but as a newer agent you don't know what to even ask for. You don't know what you don't know so I didn't know what to look for or what questions to ask.
