      Pros

      Learning part only which you can get in any start up. Thrive for perfection.

      Cons

      No training will be given, you are expected to work your entire 9 hours, you are expected to work even after that, they will not pay you as promised, The HR is a terrible woman with no sense of compassion empathy people management. There is a lot of company politics which will force you to give up on yourself. There is no professionalism followed here and No job security .

      Pros

      No pros, they won't let you understand people and you are ready to leave the company. I left the company in 15days

      Cons

      If you are well qualified don't waste your time and talent here. Within one week they will ask you to produce results. And build pressure and ask you to work at 50% salary or they will say you are unable to handle this and they onboarded you within 10 days they compelled you to leave the company. Attrition rate is very high

      Pros

      The work culture is collaborative and energetic. Being a digital marketing company, there's a lot of hands-on exposure right from day one — from social media handling to understanding content strategies across platforms. I've already started contributing to social media management tasks, which has been a great learning curve. The team is knowledgeable and approachable, making it easy to ask questions and learn on the go. There's a clear sense of direction in terms of campaigns and client goals.

      Cons

      It's only been a week, so it's too early to make a full judgment. Like any growing digital marketing company, things can move quickly and it may take some time to fully find your footing. New joiners should be prepared to be proactive and self-driven.
