1.Rubbish quality of work, all technical work, nothing even remotely related to the commerce field in certain projects, leave alone work related to a CA 2. Favouritism is at its peak here. Only leads and AMs are favoured. Others, who cares about them 3.No concept of comp off even when you slog on Saturday/ Sunday 4.Just agreeing to everything that the client says, no supporting of your own employees in front of clients 5.A considerable amount of CTC consists of bonus (fixed and variable) 6.Fixed you are supposed to get after completing a year in the organisation, which you do not get if you have put in your papers even if you have completed a year. 7. Variable bonus, the criteria keeps changing as per their convenience, you don't even know what it is until you get the bonus 8.They say be frank, let us know issues but even when you request for a change in project just because it is too technical, all about SQL queries ( and you are a CA)that also falls on deaf ears 9.The HR will always come up with your flaws, which will be different from the review that you have got (which also is a sham here) when u ask them about improper bonus 10.If you know how to be a pet, you will definitely grow here , irrespective of whether you work or not, have the knowledge and capabilities or not. 11.Pathetic allocation of resources. People are overburdened and are not even allocated resources in a project and need to work for about 10-12 hours a day. 12.Very very tough to switch the job, as nothing is done as the the standard ,ASC 606, we don't calculate SSP, we don't decide what it should be, onertime recognition or not, nothing , do what the client says, customisation is done accordingly.
