      Lots of communication and conversation among teammates. Enjoyable work that presents occasional challenges but for the most part is predictable. Benefits paid 100%, vacation/sick days offered are standard.

      Cons

      No growth path for employees, no interest in establishing product standards, knowledge of own product capabilities lacking. Company growing away from in-house production and encouraging clients to do the work of employees.
