I had a troubling experience with Reventum. During the interview, they promised a salary of ₹20,000 per month, but upon joining, they offered only ₹12,000, claiming it was their best package. Additionally, they require you to sign a legal bond with a clause that imposes a financial penalty if you leave the company. The work conditions are harsh, with mandatory early arrivals, 12-hour night shifts, and insufficient breaks, all for a salary that ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month. There are also concerns that the company might be involved in tax evasion. Overall, my experience suggests that Reventum is not transparent or fair in its dealings with employees.
