Pros

You would think the pros of working at a tech company would come with perks.... Nope, no perks here. No 401k match, no gym membership discounts, no presidents day club, no culture...literally nothing.

Cons

• Company is ran by c-execs that have never ran a tech company, and it shows. The company is absolutely falling through the cracks. The sales team as a whole hasn't hit quota in the last two years, let alone a sales rep themselves. Not even the employees believe in the product, not sales, not marketing, not support... No one. • Absolutely no training. It's funny how the company sells coaching tools, but yet they lack so much guidance, structure, and training. • Get ready to be belittled and bullied when you bring up errors in pay. It's an uphill battle from there. More likely than not, you're not going to be paid correctly, if ever. "You get paid when the customer pays". • Don't be fooled when the company tries to sell you a dream. There is no promotion path. There is no growth plans. You're riding a merry go 'round. • If you don't believe me, look at their employee churn rate. It says enough in it self. Run don't walk.

Pros

I wish I had one.

Cons

You'll notice coworkers stop showing up at the office, with no explanation. It’s a small office. In the short time I was here, I saw almost half of the office fired. When an SDR was out sick during a company meeting, the CEO openly mocked him in a malicious tone. Commissions are terrible. Salaries are not based on the market. Bonuses are nonexistent. If you need more convincing, just reach out to any of the former employees. There are more every day. If this place offers you an interview, avoid months of uncertainty before they fire you at the year mark. That’s when most people are let go. There are better companies out there.

As an employee who has been at the company since its inception, I can testify that this review is fictional at best. Many employees who are passionate, talented, curious and collaborative have built careers at ringDNA. A primary reason for that is the CEO, who is extremely well-regarded. To put things into perspective, the CEO has earned multiple leadership awards that can only be earned through employee voting ("Best CEO," "Best CEO for Diversity"), and the company has earned multiple workplace culture awards from places like BuiltinLA and Comparably ("Best Place to Work," "Best Company Culture"). Company culture comes from the top down, and as a former family and marriage therapist, the CEO has clearly demonstrated a gift for building and nurturing strong relationships inside and outside the company. In terms of longevity, claims about high turnover are unfounded. The company's COO, CMO and VP of Engineering have been there since the very beginning, as have many other core employees. The company is growing fast - more than 200% in the past year - so you'll find a lot of great new talent as well as veterans.

Pros

C-Level executives are well established and seem to be quite reasonable and understanding.

Cons

Mid level management is very micro managing and toxic.
