Fake/non existent product which you are demanded to reach unachievable sales targets. If you ask for proof on the product and how it works you are "gaslighted". Leadership was an absolute shambles & joke. Vito in particular couldn't even run a bath, let alone a sales team. He has zero self accountability and throws all his staff under the bus. If you do not achieve the ridiculous sales targets, they will look to fire you with any possible loop hole to avoid paying redundancies. A lot of sketchy people within this business, along with a terrible business ethos. Overall the whole business is a scam.
