      - dialed team - great people - a lot of room to learn and become a great producer - decent spread of diverse projects to work on

      Cons

      - Low salary - company culture could be better overall - high turnover of employees - no real benefits or incentives to continue working at this company

      Pros

      Some of the nicest people i've worked with. The creative work done in video production is always outstanding

      Cons

      The company structure and practices are based around video production which are not conducive to full service agency operations. For this reason any of the work done outside of video production suffers due to unrealistic balance between producer led and creative led. No clear goals or standards for employee growth. Small design/creative team taking in too much work
